She has worked with top-tier entertainment industry professionals, offering voice lessons to renowned recording artists and up-and-coming stars. Education
Ava began her musical journey at the University of Miami and earned her degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston. While at Berklee, Ava received the prestigious Cleo Laine Jazz Masters Award and captivated audiences in the Berklee Concert Series. During her undergraduate years, she led the Miami Beach Rock Ensemble to victory at the National Festival of Music, earning the Gold Music Award for Outstanding Soloist. A member of the Tri-M Musical Honor Society, Ava was also honored with the Best Musicianship Award. She remains an active member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences and has served as a panelist for “Grammy in the Schools Day” at the University of Miami.

Ava is a trusted vocal coach, endorsed by acclaimed producer Rudy Pérez. Her star-studded roster includes Sofia Vergara, Latin pop star Chayanne, and José Sosa Jr., among others. Ava has also trained members of Billboard-charting groups such as No Mercy and Julio Iglesias Jr., son of the legendary Julio Iglesias.

Ava’s career as a vocalist spans performances at prestigious resorts in Florida and Atlantic City, touring with top 40 bands like Sequel, and headlining shows such as A Night to Remember at the Berklee Performance Center. Her acting credits include lead roles in Bye Bye Birdie and the Off-Broadway musical A Man Has Gotta Sing with Jon Secada. On screen, Ava has appeared in Where the Boys Are, Miami Vice, and documentaries backed by Steven Spielberg.
Ava’s performances electrify audiences with her mastery of Jazz, Blues, Top 40, and Rock & Roll, as well as her multilingual repertoire in Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, and Yiddish. Her accolades include the Excellence in Musical Comedy Theatre Award, the Key to the City of Miami Beach, and the 2006 Film Recording & Entertainment Council Award for Outstanding Achievement in Vocal Coaching.
